Returns Policy

All of our great products come with a 30 day money back guarantee (from the date you actually received the item). If you are unhappy with a product or you would like to exchange an item for a different size, an alternative product or a refund of your money, it is an easy process, please read our conditions below.

When returning items you must request a return through email. This is done by accessing the contact form on this website and entering the details of your proposed return in the message box provided. On receipt of this notice a member of the team will swiftly respond to the request will send you a confirmation email with instructions on what information needs to be in the returned parcel. It is essential to write the correct return code on note paper inside the parcel.

If you are requesting an exchange then please request a total for the return postage to you. This sum can be paid in cash, cheque or a Paypal payment. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs and exchange postage costs. This includes purchases that were entitled to free postage initially.

Please note we will not be responsible for returned items lost in the post back to us, so we suggest you use Special Delivery, Recorded post or ask the Post Office clerk for a Horizon certificate of posting to safeguard yourself.

Goods must be returned in their original condition. Goods will only be accepted that are returned as new. Postage will not be refunded.

Hosiery is non returnable once opened, this is in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
